You have clicked on spam. Your blog will continue to post the Tumblr Staff thing until you fix it. Go to customize your theme. Scroll down to the bottom of your html and delete the group of numbers. Then change your password. It happened to my brother, and that is how I fixed it for him.

There is no numbers on the bottom of the html :/ but I changed my password helpfully that will work!
